$565/mo for 72 months on a Challenger RT brand new when I was about 25. Dumbest decision I've ever made financially, I was so upside-down on that thing for like 3 years.
I'll never finance a new car again and probably never a used one either, after I made friends with some guys that own an auction lot. That really is the way to go, even if you get $200-500 cars you just drive for a couple years at a time. You can get some really good, low mileage late model cars at auction for under $1000 if you're willing to get simple body work done (like a new bumper cover, or fender replaced and painted).
I would suggest it to anybody.
