The Biker's reference is a display of your lack of knowledge of the physical makeup of these two distinct groups. I'm not referencing the use of the Hell's Angels at a Rolling Stones concert.
These are two distinctive patriotic groups dedicated to honoring those who serve and those who sacrificed everything.
They would be organized instead of the "militia forming at the center."
