Same for me. I also mentioned reducing the creel limit on menhaden fisheries. To go along with reducing the commercial and recreational shrimping season within 3NM of the beach.

Why include recreational in any of this? It’s too easy to take that away arbitrarily and not give it back. Commercial fishermen do a large majority of the harvesting anyway.
Also, is nobody pointing out the fact that we’ve had very long spans of high river water over the past few years? Was the catch data correlated with salinity/water quality in the designated sampling sites?
