For personal nostalgic reasons I'd pick Valley Ho over the others, and for people in general I'd recommend it because it is a historical property with an authenticity that is lacking at many venues in Old Town Scottsdale.
Probably doesn't have the trashy/IG Vegas vibe if that is what one desires (and nothing wrong with that) but still a great spot to go chill and enjoy some sun, music, and cocktails. Especially if you already have a woman with you.
