I grew up a HUGE Saints fan, but my fav player was Dan Marino. I loved watching Dan battle back from adversity constantly. That’s what it was about. Same with the Saints. We could never beat San Fran. Montana and Rice would always find a way, but when we did beat them, it was glorious. That’s all that mattered at the time. No politics, racist shite, BLM, etc. I miss the old days.
