Even if he committed today, LSU would still have to hold on to him until signing day.

Not really having to “Hold to signing day” seeing that basketball will get to campus in July likely. He’d enroll and start preseason work in a month.

He can sign today, the final signing period for basketball opened up back in mid April and doesn't close till August
