Alignment compensation, back shoulder (right or left depending on player) at times being in front of front shoulder and time.
Go to the range use appropriate alignment, stance and swing path. Duff a 100 balls but keep going because eventually it will click.
Golf is a 10,000 hour sport for most. Change won't come over night be patient. If it doesn't change just bring more beer and 'enjoy nature'.
