So looking at two still shots is not normally a good standard to go off of...BUT, looking at these two the biggest thing I am seeing is your left toe.
in the first picture you are in a pretty good loaded position at the top, and when you transition it looks like you are spinning your left toe out. Normally this isn't that big a deal, except that in my experience you have more weight on your heals than evenly spread out through your feet. this is causing more of a spinning action than a turning of the hips, which will cause a flair or slice to the right.
TIP:
Take an old club and lay it down next to your left foot (grip touching the outside of your shoe). Take a few slow practice swings and and try not to move the club, gradually increase swing speed trying NOT to move the club with your left foot. evenly you will learn how to stay through the shot and not spin out of it
Obviously with your baseball background, being a right handed batter (I'm guessing) spinning on your left heel is semi-natural, and you have translated that to your golf game.

This is good stuff right here as well. Really have to focus on weighting the feet correctly vs baseball naturally against the front heel.
