It’s basketball for idiots. The younger fans have the attention span of a gnat and the players don’t know much about the game either. There are no continuous or multi layered offenses and without any resistance of movement the game is simply turn the corner on your man, 90% of all players can do this, if the help comes move the ball then keep it in front of the rotation. That’s modern NBA basketball, it takes all of 5 minutes to teach.

I could easily characterize NBA in the 90’s as dump the ball down to the big man and let him shoot from the block if no double team comes. If a double team comes, simply pass it back out and swing it to the open man. Rinse and repeat.
The fact is, it’s real basketball now. No artificial illegal defense rules.
