re: WaPo describes Stacey Abrams like ‘a runway supermodel’ in gushing puff piece

I thought the photographer did a good job with what she had to work with. Notice that 3/4 of the pictures hide her body and have her mouth closed? Only the Batman pose shows her full body, and there she's got that ridiculous cape and other clothing designed to slim her as much as possible. And none of the pictures show the gap in her teeth.

In short, don't blame the photographer.
