I bet in the Saints food serving faculties there are no shortage of African Americans and other minorities preparing food or scrubbing the shite out of toilets?

I don’t understand what point you’re trying to make.

Of course there’s probably more black people working in the building in reserve roles other than GM. There’s only 1 GM. What’s wrong with serving food or scrubbing toilets? And second of all, the people serving food and scrubbing toilets are not qualified to be a GM. They accepted a job adequate to their ability level. Nobody forced them to start cleaning shite out of toilets.

Loomis is a good GM by the way. His job literally only is “bean counting”. that is the only point of his job. To make good deals. So another one of your arguments falls flat.

If a black, Hispanic, Asian person had enough money to buy a team they would and would hire anybody they want. Sahid Kahn in JAX has hired white HCs, so what of that?

I don’t think there’s any instances of a black, Hispanic, Asian candidate getting passed over just because the color of his skin. You couldn’t name one, you’d rather just cry racism. Black men have proven to be more athletic than white men, that’s why they compromise 80% of the league. I don’t see how athletic ability correlates to coaching tho. If a black, white, Hispanic, or Asian candidate is up for the job and they deserve it. They’ll get it.

I just don’t see WHO this rule is helping. There’s not some long line of black coaches missing out on head coaching opportunities. Eric Bienamy is the only guy I can think of at the doorstep, and he’s turned down offers to stay working with Andy Reid. When he’s ready he’ll be a HC.

Just more whiny unfounded tears of racism
