friday is open seating, go to the top of turn 15

the tower is pretty cool. take the elevator up and walk down

if you get there when the gates open you can get a wristband for the autograph sessions (all days). they have free posters of that years race at these sessions, so i usually pick a smaller team each year for easy access

get there early to beat traffic

the actual f1 race is boring, practices and qualifying are more entertaining. the most entertaining race is the ferrari challenge series. the ferrari races cant complete a lap without half the field wrecking

there is a spot on the straight between 11 and 12, closer to 12, where you can stand up near the fence and feel top gear, not as cool with the electronic engine v6 redesign but still fun

best food is probably the wild game burger place at top turn 1

if you are General Admission bring a lawn chair, either sit near the tower or go accross the bridge to 5-6.
