Do you mean a really stupid question with plainly obvious answer asked in a condescending manner?
I mean why is he touting testing when the MSM has been harping on lack of testing for weeks? You do realize that if you add up all the testing that the rest of the civilized world has done it is about 50% what we have accomplished in the USA.
