Quick question. For all the black on white crime, how many have the DA helped to keep them from getting arrested?

Probably none if I had to SWAG it.

My question is why are we still on this one case? People have their opinions on it which is all they will have, opinions. No one is directly linked to this particular case unless you want to say you do because of the pigment color of your skin.

It has been stated many times that this whole situation is fricked up. Things should not have been done. No one was "hunted". This doesn't happen near as much as some like to portray it does.

What is the end state here?

Not knowing any of the prejudices of the father and son, I tend to lean that race wasn't the driving factor in the encounter.

They had seen a black male on camera entering the construction house and then on that day saw a black male on the road and the fact that he is running would look suspicious to them.

The big question though is would they have armed themselves if the security cameras had shown a white man entering the construction house multiple times and then saw a similar white man running down the road?
