Here's my question, to the "kill a theif" crowd.

If he went in this 'construction site' 3 times, and came out empty handed all 3 times, which appears to be the case, is it possible, and remember he'd have to be found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt to ever have been convicted, so is it possible that he had another motive for stopping by this house.

Maybe if he was out on a long run and had to use the bathroom, could this be a place he thought safe to pop in and go? If you think it sounds ludicrous ask someone you know who joggs a lot over distances if they ever get caught out and need to go? Or ask someone you know that builds homes for a living (raises hand) how many times people walk through unfinished houses, i promise you, it happens a shite ton and 99.9999999999999% of them aren't nefarious in any way. It's still trespassing but it NEVER gets charged.

Again, i don't know what the guy was doing and Im not speculating on or defending his character, im simply reacting to the video shot by the McPosse. Anyone who actually watches the whole video with sound who thinks the McRednecks are innocent has an agenda.

The created and pushed the confrontation even after multiple attempts to avoid contact by Arbery and the second it appears that Arbery moves toward Travis the shot gun goes off THEN Arbery (already shot and bleeding) grabs the barrel of the gun and fights for his life where he is shot two more times.

Travis executed Arbery in the middle of a public street because he decided this guy was guilty. The McRednecks made themselves posse, judge, jury and executioner and all we have evidence of is that this guy may have committed a misdemeanor.

Dead in the fricking street.
