Yeah. Prosecutors don’t take the evidence to the media, then hunt people down and make arrests.
This would be GREAT leverage to get someone to flip.
If he goes public with it instead, he’s throwing that leverage out too - and he’s signaling he’s not interested in criminal prosecutions for any of this.
This very well could foreshadow how the rest of the Durham investigation will play out.
