Can someone explain to me what implications unmasking these people have? I was under the impression we knew it was Powers and Rice that did it. Is this revealing who ordered the unmasking? Or, will this show and abuse of power?

I’ll have major concerns if Barr releases this and no one is in hand cuffs. There should be indictments before its released.
If he releases first, that tells me hes not bringing charges.
