I think Grenell is the warm up pitcher with some fast balls before Ratcliffe gets in there. I think his confirmation is a done deal.

This still won’t pinpoint who leaked it to the paper which is the real crime. Unless the list is a single name. Or if everyone on the list also denied being the leaker. I guess that would tell us something. Maybe get them to turn on each other.

I believe the penalty is for the following example. Im a chinese spy and they are taping me. They out me and in the prosecution Angelle's name is released as a confidant of mine when she is a US citizen who has commited no crime.

But in this case, its just releasing the names of the people who were spied on, with no implication of any crime. The person who queried them may also be disclosed, but as some have mentioned, its often going to list Fusion GPS or Crowdstrike as the person/source. They did have Susan Power and Rice listed as some of them, but nothing has been done, no one is asking about who they queried and why that person's privacy was invaded for no reason.

Perhaps they can use some of this omnipotent software programs Google and Facebook want to use to contact trace. When any fool knows the Kevin Bacon theory will show virtually and literally every American has been in contact with every other American, twice removed, every friggin week so we would need 300 million testing kits twice a day to make the testing effective. But no more tests, more tests.
