Yep.
Roberts painted himself into a corner trying to force a "political" solution.
Guess what, John? There was a political solution - the only constitutional leg for this legislation (by your own words) is gone.
And...there's no severability clause.
Considering the Constitution has not been amended since the Sebelius decision, if he changes his mind, he should be removed from the bench.
