She alleged it, and she's just straight up wrong. No doctor calls a medicine a disinfectant. Literally nobody trained properly in medicine will call anything but a disinfectant a disinfectant. I get the feeling she's more of a nurse and is way outside her knowledge zone speaking about this.
And then she calls antibiotics disinfectants. She's just ignorant.
I don't care what this person thinks they know. They're just wrong, dude.
Edit: This quote doesn't exist anywhere on the internet except for a Facebook group post in a far-right group. I don't trust it at all.

he used the word "disinfectant" ...in the lungs, but that is for the doctors to figure out. Now a lay person like Trump will say disinfectant and a medical person would say "medicine".

You are reading but not comprehending due to a pre existing bias. Identify any sentence in the statement where she calls an antibody a disinfectant. She said that what a lay person might call a disinfectant, a doctor would correctly call medicine or more particularly, an antibody. She said that “it acts” like a disinfectant. That is not the same as saying medicine is a disinfectant. Now, being less civil and being very disgusted with low IQ idiots as yourself, I would gleefully knock some of teeth down your throat if we were having this conversation in person.
