They are pretty popular on Bogleheads so I'm not too worried. Their website is also fantasticand so easy to use, 100 times better than LenderFi and other sites. I loved that I could pick different rates/terms and get an instant loan estimate without having to talk to someone.
Btw, that is with no escrow either.

nerdwallet and others also had them ranked high but you'll probably notice a disclaimer that their recommended lenders are paid partners. I think the reviews I read were on bankrate fwiw, which is showing an APR of 1.997 for a 15 year
