I didn't direct deposit in 2018 because I owed
I cant get into the website to put my direct deposit info
I have since moved, and don't know how to update my address
If I file 2019 taxes instead, I lose the majority of the stimulus due to income increase
What do I do?

People that don’t get refunds? The site doesn’t work to update your DD info if it isn’t already on file for refunds.

I try my best to make it to where we are even for the year and ended up owing $300 in 2018 and $100 for 2019. I paid that and apparently that means I get to wait more than a month for a paper check.

Me, cause I have to pay extra taxes every year and I am retired.
IRS web site still is saying they don't have my info.
