That's false. A lot of you have no iota of the criminalization and institutionalization of poverty on poor mostly minority segment of the population.
It's not that there is a lack of police presence, in fact police presence is very rampant in impoverished areas.

Yeah that’s what causes the normal reaction in the hood to someone talking bad about you to be go get a gun and shoot them up. If you blame others no one ever takes the initiative to improve things.
