Baking a ham this Friday. Any suggestions of type of ham to buy, cooking suggestions in oven, and an easy glaze to pour on?

Spiral sliced ham. Put in an aluminum pan. Pour 1 can of coke over the ham. Cover the ham with 1lb of brown sugar. Cover the pan with aluminum foil. Preheat oven to 325 and cook at 10 minutes per lb.

Debone ham and lightly cover in cooking juices.

My go to is a whole bone-in ham. Smoked. Or a butt portion, smoked. Lots of good slices, plus lots of 'scraps' for seasoning meat, plus a meaty bone for beans, greens, etc,
