Exactly.
In NY, where I think they are testing more than anywhere, it is very difficult to get tested.
People who pretty much 100% have it are almost all being told to stay at home and self medicate unless life-death sickness.
Probably good advice but it means that I would be very surprised if more than 5% of people who have it in NY are being tested and counted in the numbers.
