I don’t know if we’re necessarily peaking, but these numbers are likely from cases tested 2-5 days ago. The real numbers are a mystery.

Definitely the number of positive tests would seem to be just a drop in the bucket to actual people who have it.
Maybe 5%, if that many?
I say that based on anecdotal evidence but I know around 12 people now in NY who almost 100% have it (either moderate or sick as hell) and only one of them has been tested. Just told to stay at home, rest, treat it over the counter.
