Given this, and that guestimate 70% on vents pass away and that they are spread out on the vents from lets say 5-7 days. Then (239*.7)/5 = 33.5 a day would pass in the future.
That's completely rookie ballparking it. If over 7 days it would be 24/ day die and if 10 days it would be 17.
Doesn't seem horribly doom and gloom as the amount that recover could be much better than that.
