I was told we could visit outside the window but that windows could not be raised
Good luck getting someone to raise the blinds

I was able to drop off balloons for my Grandpa’s birthday but not a card

Can you drop off balloons or something that can be sanitized so that she knows you are thinking of her?

I had a really bad day Saturday after they wouldn’t let me leave the card, that & the fact I was told I didn’t understand how hard this was for the staff.

If they refuse to let you look at her through the window or deliver items that can be sanitized report them, they cannot cut off all communication.
It sounds like they don’t want anyone to see how short staffed they are.

There isn’t much you or I can do until this blows over but vent.

I’m sorry, at least I can talk on the phone to my Grandpa, I can’t imagine how hard this is for you.
