True...but Tebow and the Gators are going to be sky high for the game this year. It definately scares me and all I have to do is watch.

LSU should play every game like it's the National Championship. Ever game is of equal importance when 1 loss could mean no National Championship.

Tebow makes a great runnng back. We have defensive line this year that is better than last year. Florida is not a major worry to me. Florida will be a great game but LSU wins!

Take the Purple and Gold glasses off buddy. I just can't see LSU going down to Florida and winning next year. Florida has everything in their favor. At home, motivation from last years game, and a vastly superior quarterback. How is this years D-line better than lasts. It lost a top 10 pick in the draft and the best defensive player in the SEC last year. Don't see how you improve after losing someone of Dorsey's talent.

Actually, I know I am going to get slammed for this but the Troy game is a game of concern for me. Not that LSU loses this game but I am worried that LSU overlooks this game.

Judging by how we played last year. Every single team past the third game. Simply put >_> We were struggling. After an amazing victory florida we fail to beat Kentucky who we slaughter the year before.

Every game should be play as if it matters. As if our back is against the wall. Simply put it is.

Where do people get off w/ this mentality. Here's some stats for you people who are of the misconception that Tebow is a runner.

G C A YDS PCT TD INT R YDS R TD TD
2007 13 234 350 3286 66.9 32 6 895 23 55

Furthermore, if TEBOW leaves for draft this year he will be the first pick! I want the Tigers to beat the Gators like a drum, but to deny Tebow his due is ridiculous.

BTW, how many QB's taken in this year's NFL draft had stats like Sophomore QB Tebow?

I dislike the guy as much as anyone else, but he impressed me with the way he threw the ball last year. I just can't see him being sucessful in the NFL, and can't see a team taking him number 1. IMO FWIW

See the link below. This is a list of the QB's that were listed as starters prior to the '07 season. There are at least 15 on that list that are not as good as TEBOW right now.

15? No way. I will give you Croyle, Frye, and T. Jackson, and maybe Alex Smith. Tell me the 15 you think Tim Tebow is better than.

ETA: Josh McCown

U got 4.

To that add for sure:

Leftwich
I guess we can't rate Vick anymore, but Tebow is definitely a superior passer to Vick.
Pennington

But 15 may be a stretch.

Don't forget Frye hardly ever played. I give you a toss-up between Leftwich and Tebow, but think a healthy Pennington is > than Tebow. Just IMHO FWIW
