Aren’t these offshore companies that don’t really pay high taxes and hire foreign citizens for crew members? Not sure why the US would bail them out of anything.

Even if they do bail them out....how long before people start taking cruises again? When the virus completely goes away? I don't know but it seem to me.....they will be zombie companies for a while either way.
