I planned on giving it at least 10 days. I guess I will see how it feels then and go from there. Any advice on steps to ease back into it, or if 10 days is def not enough?

Had it on a Friday, sat around with ice, literally did nothing, on Saturday and Sunday. Was able to do body weight stuff and light weights Monday. Ran 5 miles Tuesday. No issues.

Had mine done at 11am on a Friday and stayed on the couch as instructed until Saturday morning. Got up and moving, was lifting at 5am the following Wednesday, just be easy sitting down on the bench.

Happy gut spraying

Had mine done on a Friday. Stayed in bed all day Saturday. Normal day on Sunday. Ran 13 miles on Monday. Never had even a little discomfort

No you didn’t.

I would do 2 weeks for a full work out. Last thing you want is your ball sac full of blood and it takes months for that to get back to normal

I made the mistake of doing things too quickly. Sex, lifting and work after a day. Lortabs made me feel invincible.

I was hanging eggplant for a month. Don’t recommend.

Also don't start busting loads in your wife until the doc gives you the all clear

If you ever want to feel how painfully slow time can crawl, get your nuts cut.

I got the "ok" on the first sample then sprayed and prayed before turning #2 in.
