I have a two person sample (my kids) to speak from
Put them on a regular schedule. Be flexible but feeding at regular intervals gives the baby some routine. Eat, play, nap, repeat
I’m going off memory but the 5’s actually work. (Swaddle, swing, shush, suck, and side).
I swaddled the shite out of my kids and they were sleeping thru the night at 6-7 weeks in their own bed. We never needed to let them cry it out until they were a few months old. Regressions happen but stick to the plan.
Everything is a phase!!!
