If you are this type of person, don’t move to Alaska as your days can go from 24 hours of darkness to 24 hours of light in a few months.

Some places like Fairbanks the day grows by 7 minutes a day and shrinks by 7 depending on the season.

Places north of the Arctic Circle are even funner where you get the 24 hours of sun and 24 hours of darkness. And you days can grown and shrink by 20 minutes to 10 minutes each day depending on the season.

By the way, Alaska observes Daylight Saving Time.

I've been to Fairbanks during the winter. I loved it.
