This would mean that none of the other candidates gets 15% of the vote either statewide or in any of the delegate districts..... correct?

Its a stretch, but I could see no one else getting 15% statewide. No way Bernie holds every single candidate to less than 15% in every precinct/district/whatever CA uses though.

Unless I misunderstand the Dems process, delegates are awarded based on statewide results and district/precinct level results

yeah. congressional districts in California.
state senate districts in texas. texas state senate districts are not all worth the same. a district that turned out and voted in the past three elections (Austin) gets three times the delegates as Brownsville where latinos do not turn out for off year elections.



so the chart is good.
lots of conservative moderate democrats in southern ca, the whole interior. sf bay and los angeles are sanders and warren.

texas similar. huge state with microclimates left and right.

latinos galore in both.
latinos were sanders 50% in nevada.
