Am I the only one that is still super high on Gio?? If we can cut out some of the swing and miss we saw last year and just get the ball in play, his speed is a game changer

I want him in this lineup. His speed is something LSU needs both on the base paths and in center.

With that being said he and Toups have similar games and are both interchangeable at this point so whoever is doing better should get most of the at bats.

Also I am against an outfield that has both Gio and Toups on the bench. I still have nightmares circa 2012.

PM started him in 7 of the 10 spring games in CF. So he’s likely going to get a lot of chances despite oOoOoO not thinking he’s going to play
