Yeps. Most facilities have two factions
1. reliability/maintenance/safety who insist on proper preventative maintenance(involves shutting down production on scheduled intervals)
vs
2. Board Members and executives who will run shite to failure to meet production/revenue forecasts.
Very common everywhere across industries unfortunately.
