Well, that just means that HUD insures the mortgage. Not section 8, but really not a place I’d live. I’m not sure you realize how many “class a” properties were built using the same financing model.

Well, it's cheap. $890 for a 2BR means it's going to be rough. There will be murders in the parking lot in 2020-2021.
