The Meadows at Nicholson is what they are calling the new ghetto apartment complex. I took this photo a few months ago (sorry, grainy). The federal housing authority logo tells me all I need to know about the future of this place.

Well, that just means that HUD insures the mortgage. Not section 8, but really not a place I’d live. I’m not sure you realize how many “class a” properties were built using the same financing model.
