Actually it is a recommendation of weed specialists in the LSU AgCenter In regards to the winter weed cocktail formulation. Also, just a couple other hints when using it. It works at little slow because these are systemic herbicides, not a contact herbicides, so give it 2 or 3 weeks to see the results, particularly in cooler weather. Also don’t hesitate to repeat the application in 2 or 3 weeks as you’ll not likely to kill them all on the first spray, and mature weeds are more difficult to kill than young weeds.
