Lol totally agree--not sure whether this was intended to disagree with my comment, but FTR I completely agree with this.
It was supposed to be that Jordan wanted LSU but his mom wanted USCe then all of a sudden people just magically--with zero evidence on which to base this shift--decided that it was actually his mom who wanted LSU and jordan who wanted to stay home. TBH i don't think anyone has a damn clue what his mom wants or wanted. Imo Jordan was genuinely torn between LSU and USCe and nobody has much of an idea of what his mom's impact on his decision was.

Actually you are wrong in where you place your blame! You are blaming it on the media enabling the process, but don’t you understand that their business model is “for profit” meaning “if idiots like us are watching or reading what they put out, they won’t stop putting that information out!”

Every minute that passes makes it that much more likely that the LOI they signed was actually to LSU.
We have a video of them both signing...something.
South Carolina would have already announced it if they had it, so the delay in sending it in doesn't make sense.
Unless it was sent to LSU and LSU is keeping it quiet.

Not saying he did, but it would make sense he would want it kept quiet for as long as possible. It looks as if he’s practically being forced to go to USC by everyone around him. From family, friends, coaches, school, the whole ceremony. If he really did sign with LSU which isn’t likely but let’s say he did, it would make sense they would want it to be kept under wraps for as long as possible. USC like others have mentioned would be shouting from the rooftops.

I don't think there's much reason to keep a LOI quiet on LSU's end. The only scenario that would make sense for LSU to keep quiet would be if Burch was still having second thoughts/communicating with LSU and USCe didn't know it.

Coach O may have said if you send us your LOI, we'll keep it quiet it for you until it all dies down. Just a theory.
I mean, look at what we know -
- There's a video of Burch and his mom signing something, most likely his LOI.
- They refused to do interviews or talk to anyone after the ceremony.
- 3 hours later and South Carolina still doesn't have it.

He never said anything about USCe during his remarks. LSU could be keeping it under wrap until he goes public.
