I know I wasnt around for the old greats, but in 11 Mathieu was the best player in college. And I cant believe I got to experience that again live with Burrow this past season. We have been blessed as Tigers.

He's probably one of the greatest advocates of LSU to ever walk the earth. His story is incredible and what he's done for us here is amazing.

Forever Tyrann. Forever LSU.

Man I always loved watching Tyrann play, he brought excitement to the game, and I was sorely dissapointed when his college career went astray. I'm really glad he pulled himself together and acomplished all that he has. He is a great story.

he deserves it so much

so sorry that he had a blockhead for a college coach that couldn't get out of his own way to win a title

Not only is he a super bowl champ, but he is one of the primary reasons KC was in the super bowl to begin with. The coaches have talked all year about how he completely changed the culture of their defense.

Here is a really good article from after the AFC championship game. Probably already posted, but a good read for those who missed it.

So proud of him and who he's developed into and what he's accomplished. It was so damn satisfying watching him win!

HB7 is the most instinctive player ever to play the game at the collegiate level. He arguably has some of the best highlights ever seen for playing only 2 1/2 years of college football.

As many has said he is my favorite player to have ever come out of LSU before he got in trouble. He fell from grace is and then came back in true champion style. He is now at the top of the world and I am so happy for him.

Both of his knees are absolute shite and yet he finds the strength and courage to get up every day and grind it out at the highest level. If you are not inspired by Matthieu, then you do not have a pulse.
