I have had the Decked system and changed to the Diamondback hd. Decked is good for smaller or long items and still let's you have an open air height for larger items on top of the platform. No issues with it (items stored in the drawers are waterproof - items stored in the bins get wet) except I wanted more quick waterproof storage for family road trips that a dry truck bed would provide.

I ultimately switched to the diamondback because I wanted bigger water resistant (mine has never leaked) storage space that a full bed provides. The main perk is that you can still temporarily store items on top of the bed cover using the tie down points if you have a taller item or you can fold back or remove the panels quickly. I put removeable storage totes for camping gear or different have to have items under the bed cover to keep the gear together. I have a rope setup the length of the bed to carabiner the totes that keeps them from sliding all over the place. The second perk is I don't have to worry about exposing my stuff (think family suitcases or bags) to weather during road trips and the locks are pretty secure - but this can be had with most covers.

Either way you can't go wrong.
