I trained with him when he moved to the warehouse off of bammel north Houston and he eventually took over the building from the judo coach. But I trained with alot of the garage guys at that spot from 2008-2010 before I moved to baton rouge for college.

I am sure we probably rolled together then. Pretty amazing how many top shelf BJJ black belts came out of that early formation of NE Houston guys. Obviously Alvis Solis was the backbone but Travis, Donnie, Darren, Tom, Andy, and Steve all were the foundation of jits in our corner of Houston back then.
