You would think a pass hitting you in the hands and not being caught is a dropped pass. Does it have to fall to the turf for it to be a dropped pass? What the hell do you call a pass that hits you on both hands and just bounces off of them into the air? I apologize if it doesn't count as a drop. It was a pass that hit him in the hands and probably should've been caught whether it was a high ball or not. Reading a website called football charts it says, "What is Drops? This statistic counts the number of times an intended receiver touches the ball but fails to catch it. If the ball is thrown but the receiver never gets his hands on it, it is not recorded as a drop." Maybe it isn't considered a drop by PFF because it wasn't exactly an on target ball. Doesn't really bother me.
