Because that's a contradiction in terms.

And it's just really not helpful. I want our government to be populated by people who find taxation distasteful but levy reasonable taxes as needed and then exercise their spending powers with true restraint and good sense.

I think all of this "taxation is theft" stuff does very little to contribute to that goal, and it's just immature, IMO.
