All of the construction technology that we have, and you can’t get a dead person’s remains out of a building when they’re in plain sight?

Our society has become so risk averse it is pathetic.
30 years ago this guy would have been recovered and had a decent burial by now.

Clear that block of all people except for a few experienced ironworkers with a crane, crane basket, and some steel chokers. No tourists, family members, government workers, inspectors, etc. Give those ironworkers the freedom to recover that man's body so his family can give that man a proper burial. No amount of money in any future lawsuit will cover this family's pain, anguish, and having their deceased loved one on display for the world to see.

Unbelievable. If it was my family, I would raise hell until the body was recovered. WTF??? How long has this shite been going on for, and they haven't retrieved that body?? Man, every single day that body remained at that site would be another day added to the pain and suffering portion of the lawsuit.
