Did not know this.
I watched Parker play in high school a few games when my son's team played St. Pauls and he was impressive. But it was told to me that if you are an athlete in St. Tammany Parish and you are the best in the parish at golf, tennis or baseball you're probably going to get a D1 scholarship to a major program. However if you are the best high school player in St. Tammany Parish in basketball, you suck compared to the rest of the state.

Like most teams (save Auburn), they have their best 3pt games against LSU for whatever reason
