This is what I've been referring to, and I now realize that there is possible confusion, as you can use sovereign in two senses, one to refer to the head of state, and one to refer to legislative power. Though the Queen could possibly dissolve Parliament without advice of the PM, in practice it exists at the behest of the PM, and thus Parliament.

Interesting factoid: The Monarch of the UK has no passport. All passports issued by countries in the Commonwealth where the monarch is head of state are issued in the monarch's name and on the monarch's authority. It's basically the monarch validating the identity of subjects and giving them permission to travel from and return to their home country. Therefore, it makes no sense for the monarch to have a passport issued in their own name and authority. The monarch's existence is their passport.
Basically, the monarch just says 'Yo, I'm the Monarch of the UK and the Commonwealth. I can come and go from my own countries as I damn well please and I request entry to your country. Look, I'm on the money. Let me in, bitch.' They can still be turned away by other countries, but they don't have a spiffy little book with things as quaint as visa stamps. Upon Elizabeth's death, Charles' passport will basically become just a little useless book.

All of my local news stations do updates on the royals on a consistent basis.
According to them, Megan was sent to classes to teach her wht fork to eat olives with, etc. She was sent to classes to teach her how to dress, and how to act in public. She was a count to everybody she met and treated the servants poorly.
The royals have been unwavering in their demands, and she has said "Whatevuh, I do what I want". She also hates going to all the meetings, mall openings and dinners, because it is required that she be nice.
She was thinking of an exit strategy when Oprah called and offered her a high paying reality show. She wanted to do it but the queen said no. The queen wants to maintain some mystique and decorum and can't have Megan snoring and farting on some reality show.
They will now be paid to lend their name to a charity, and talks for the reality show are back on. Most Canadians want them to pay for their own security but the particulars of who pays has not been announced yet.
And for those who are wondering, Harry went through a mile of top shelf poon, then landed on her. She has a magical wizard sleeve, and he could not wait to move her in, and have her farting through silk.

Mine too. She loves the HarryMarkle.wordpress.com website that does an excellent job of digging to find facts and explaining all the royal protocal and such.
Meghan was once a yacht girl but this is kept quiet. She is very conniving and uses people and then drops them without even a goodbye.
She stalked harry and showed up at events uninvited and was escorted off by request of the family. She was actually in a relationship and living with a guy when she met harry. Her exbf is a chef and was cooking at an event where harry was present. They began secretly seeing each other. They hide this and lie by saying they were set up on a blind date.
She is very manipulative and as a narcissist she will cause issues with his family and start stuff to isolate harry from friends and family. Harry was not allowed to invite his many longtime friends because Meghan objected.
There is so much more about jer but it all boils down to her being a lying, conniving and very manipulative person.

I've worked with a fair amount of English and Scottish expats.
All were highly respectful of the Queen even if they opposed the monarchy.
As said on page 2, she's the god damned queen.
Any ruler who has maintained her status and power for such a long reign without using mass violence... That's impressive.
It has happened so few times in the last millennia that you could count it on one hand. Hell, at this point isn't her reign the longest in recorded history?
