WFT, are you still seeing any chasing around Laurel hill? Things seem to have slowed down around Sligo rd.

I think we are in the breeding stage. Bucks locking down does for 3-4 days. Bright arse moon ain’t helping either.

Saw a buck yesterday morning run across an opening nose to the ground. Small 4pt not far behind him. Can only assume a doe crossed there and I wasn’t paying attention. I think the bulk of it is over. Optimistic side of me is hoping the big ones start cruising more.

Last Sunday was huge. Everyone I talked to from the area saw chasing. If what I’ve heard is correct, first week of Feb should be good. Feb bow season last year I had one get by me chasing. Had never seen him before and haven’t seen him since.

Real nice deer killed off Sligo Wednesday chasing a doe, but before that it's been dead. Most of the activity we saw was the 3 days right after Christmas.
