They are, but neither one of them have been world beaters at any stop. Leach has double digit win seasons twice in his 20 year career and Kiffin had 1 good season at USC and has been slumming it at FAU for the last 3 seasons.
This is good for media day, but I don't really see them challenging for the West anytime soon.

I don’t find peach impressive at all. Kiffin is a mild upgrade, but a program is much bigger than the HC
